RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend time for 2 weeks period for producing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No. II, Dindigul in Crime No. 27 of 2017 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 13318/2018 on 30.07.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M. SUBASH BABU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13318 of 2018, dated 30.07.2018.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's father expired on 14.08.2018, therefore, he is unable to produce the sureties in time.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned court is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
