ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.61 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Kuzhithurai, for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 294(b) 324, 427 and 506 (ii) I.P.C, seek anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioners were absent during the trial in C.C.No.61 of 2010 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Kuzhithurai, Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 05.03.2018.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners undertakes that the petitioners shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioners, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, No.II, Kuzhithurai, within a period of two weeks from today and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against them. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
