The petitioner / accused in CC.No.328 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.2, Madurai, arising out of the case in Cr.No.1477 of 2012 on the file of the Thilagar Thidal Police Station, has filed this petition to quash the charge sheet pending as against him.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3.This Court is of the view that the grounds raised by the petitioner can be appreciated only during the trial and not in this petition. Therefore, granting liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds before the trial Court, this petition stands closed. 06.06.2025 gk Internet : Yes / No 2/4
