Mr.S.Prakash, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.OP(MD).No.5893 of 2025 dated 01.04.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complied with the condition even for a single day. Hence, he strongly objects to allow this petition.

4. Considering the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on both sides, this Court is not inclined to allow the petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
