ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 332, 307, 379 and Section 21(1) of Mines and Minerals Act 1957, in Crime No.411 of 2018, seeks bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the petitioner is already detained under Goodas Act on 13.08.2018. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
