ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.195 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC , has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that due to some dispute, the petitioner along with other accused have abused the defacto complainant in filthy language and also attacked him with a knife and caused injury. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that the petitioner is having three previous cases to his credit. 2/3

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
