For Respondent : Ms.Anantha Devi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time imposed in Crl.OP.No.6720 of 2019 order dated 25.06.2019 and permit the petitioner to surrender and execute sureties before the JM No.II, Nagercoil.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.6720 of 2019, dated 13/06/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

CRL MP(MD). No.6495 of 2019 submit that since he is unable to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties and for depositing the said amount is extended by 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
