ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.2467 of 2025 in Crl.A.(MD)No.401 of 2025 dated 07.04.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has 1/3

been complying with the condition for 57 days, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly and also taking into consideration of the family situation and the personal inconvenience cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified as to the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police on the 1st day of every English Calender month (if is a holiday, then he shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
