[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has made a representation dated 30.07.2018 to the respondents 1 to 3 stating that the fourth respondent is illegally closing the temple while indulging in illegal activities. Thus, a request was made to hand over the keys of the temple to the local body.

2. Taking note of the pendency of the said representation, we direct the third respondent to take appropriate action in this regard by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 30.07.2018, after due notice to the fourth respondent, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

3.The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs.
