PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by taking necessary action against the 3rd respondent For Petitioner : Mr.J.Bala Meenakshi For Respondents : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi No.1 & 2 Government Advocate(Crl.Side)

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to direct the respondents Nos.1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members by taking necessary action against the 3rd respondent

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent conducted enquiry and closed the complaint as civil in nature.

3..At this stage, police protection cannot be provided to the petitioner. Hence the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. However the petitioner is directed to lodge a fresh complaint to the second respondent and on receipt of fresh complaint the second respondent is directed to conduct enquiry https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
