Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.PRABHU RAJADURAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.B.BRIJESH KISHORE, Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7248 of 2016 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.573 of 2016, dated 22.08.2016. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7248 of 2016 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.573 of 2016, dated 22.08.2016 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

CRL MP(MD) No.6684 of 2019 3.Mr.B.Brijesh Kishore, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.7248 of 2016 in Crl.R.C(MD)No.573 of 2016, dated 22.08.2016 is relaxed in toto.
