ORDER

The petition is filed for the grant of a No Due Certificate/No Objection Certificate and to allow the petitioner to participate in the tender cum auction.

2.The petitioner approached this Court because he was unable to participate in the auction on account of non issuance of the No Due Certificate.

3.Mr.P.Athimoola Pandian, learned Standing Counsel for the Madurai Municipal Corporation, had submitted earlier that the petitioner's application had not been received. Therefore, the case was adjourned to the afternoon session and the petitioner was permitted to resubmit such application. It is reported that the resubmitted application has been received by the Madurai Municipal Corporation. As regards the No Due Certificate, on instructions, it is submitted on behalf of the Madurai Municipal Corporation that such certificate would be issued before 06.00 pm this evening. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed.
