Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 09.10.2006 and some reminder representations regarding inclusion of service period as in the post of Men Mazdoor on the basis of the daily wages service period and re-fix the salary.

2. The petitioner joined as Men Mazdoor in NMR basis in TWAD Board way back in the year 1981. He reached superannuation on 30.04.2014 and retired as a Junior Assistant. The petitioner seeks regularisation for the period from 1981 to 1992. In this regard, the petitioner had submitted a representation on 09.10.2006. The petitioner seeks consideration of the said representation.
3. This Court directs the first respondent to consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders on merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
