ORDER

This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 02.12.2014 for issuance of appointment order suitable for her educational qualification on the basis of the certificate issued by the second respondent on 18.09.1990.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The lands of the petitioner's father was acquired for public purpose and in line with G.O.Ms.No.98, Employment Exchange, dated 08.01.1983 and also on the basis of the certificate issued by the second respondent, dated 18.09.1990, the petitioner made a representation, on 02.12.2014 seeking employment opportunity. Such representation is said to be pending.

within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondents shall also consider G.O.Ms.No.98, Employment Exchange, dated 08.01.1983 and also the recommendation certificate issued by the second respondent, dated 18.09.1990. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
