This petition has been filed to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint made by the fourth respondent dated 14.07.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the above complaint, summons have been issued to the parties. Both the parties did not appear before the enquiry officer. It appears that there is a money dispute between the parties. The petitioner appears to have issued legal notice to the fourth respondent.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12470 of 2021 3.Since it is a money dispute between the parties, the respondent police has no role to play. Let the third respondent close the enquiry by advising the parties to approach the concerned Civil Court for appropriate remedy. 4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
