ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the respondents 2 and 3 not to interfere with the civil dispute in O.S.No.100 of 2019 pending before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ramanathapuram, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.10.2020, within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police would state that the petitioner was called for enquiry only based on her own complaint for certain details.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner will seek recourse in the civil dispute in O.S.No.100 of 2019 and would pray that her complaint against the 4th respondent need not be proceeded further.
