Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to the Award passed by the 1st Respondent in I.D.No.155/2003 dated 21/08/2009 confirming the dismissal order passed by the 2nd respondent by order dated 30/09/2002 and quash the same and consequently to direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioiner into service with continuity of service and backwages and with all other attendant and monetary benefits .
