Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. By consent, the Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The present Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.11.2015, requesting for issuance of transit permit (Form - F) thereby enabling the petitioner to transport Jelly, Crusher Dust and M.Sand to Kerala State from the petitioner's crusher unit established by the petitioner in S.F.No.3/23E, Seethapal Village, Boothapandy Post, Kanyakumari District.

4.Today, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that in and by his proceedings dated 09.09.2016, the first respondent has directed the petitioner to file his application in a proper form, namely, Form - E and if the petitioner submits appropriate application, the same will be considered.

5.Recording the same, the Writ Petition is closed with a direction to the petitioner to approach the first respondent with appropriate application within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any application is so filed, the first respondent is directed to consider his application and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same.
