O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of the case in CrlRNo.51 of 2016 within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.The petitioner is the revision petitioner in the above said matter, which is pending before the concerned Court and he is the complainant in the private complaint that has been filed in CC No.77 of 2015 before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Musiri. During the pendency of the above said criminal case, petition under Section 310 of Cr.P.C has been filed in CrMP No.2257 of 2016 seeking an order to conduct local inspection. That was dismissed on 12.09.2016. Revision was filed before the District Court, which is now pending in CrlRNo.51 of 2016. In the meantime, Crl.OP(MD) No.

1354 of 2016 was filed seeking direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri to dispose of the matter as expeditiously as possible. In that petition, two months time was granted to the trial Court to complete the trial process. The petitions filed by the respondents to quash CC No.77 of 2015 were dismissed on 08.07.2021 and 15.07.2021. 3.In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Trichirappalli to dispose of the case in CrlRNo.51 of 2016, which is pending on its file within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After disposal of the same, compliance report must be submitted to the Registry of this Court.
