Common Prayer in WP(MD). 11364/ 2019 and 11395/2019: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the impugned order in 6715/a ni 4.1/2018-2 dated 26/04/2019 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the same as it is injustice and unequal and consequently direct the 1st respondent to fix the salary to the petitioners as per G.O.Ms.No.257 dated 10/06/1998 with effect from 01/07/1997 with back wages like the respondents 3 to 4 . Hence, the disobedience alleged cannot be termed as willful in nature.
