Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the record of the order passed by the first Respondent in Dis.No.C4/8947/2017, dated 21.07.2017 and quash the same which is violation of the mandatory provisions of Section 14 of SARFAESI Act and Rules and against the principles of natural justice and consequently, directing the third Respondent to resolve the matter by amicable settlement by giving consideration of the payment of Rs.35,00,000/- which is paid by the Petitioner after demand notice.
