ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to issue a look out notice against the third respondent to the emigration authorities in Trichirapalli airport and all other airports in Crime No.4 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) submitted that while pending this petition, the first respondent issued look out notice as against the third respondent, on 01.03.2022.
