ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court alleging that the fifth respondent, who is the husband of the petitioner, is having illegal relationship with sixth respondent and is not maintaining this petitioner and also intimidating her.

2.The alleged intimidation is of the year 2024, for which, the petitioner approached this Court in the year 2025. In the event if the fifth respondent is not providing any assistance, it is always open to the petitioner either to invoke the provision under Section 144 BNSS or the provisions of Domestic Violence Act. Giving such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is closed.
