A. 24/6251 dated 29.09.2015 in accordance with law by considering the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 08.08.2015 and 11.03.2016 within the time stipulated by this Honourable Court. Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioners 2 and 3 herein are seeking for survey of the land referred to in their representations dated 08.08.2015 and 11.03.2016 and for granting separate patta in their favour. The first petitioner is the power agent of the petitioners 2 and 3. It appears from the representations made by the petitioners that there are some other private individuals against whom the petitioners have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

some grievance and consequently, seek for survey and transfer of patta in their name.

4. Needless to state that it is for the respondent 2 and 3 to consider the request of the petitioners and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties/rival claimants and hearing them also while considering the request of the petitioners.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the matter as it is for the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and decide. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of only with the direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 08.08.2015 and 11.03.2016 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after giving due opportunity to the petitioner and the rival claimants, if any within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.
