To call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by Addl District Court, Kumbakonam in Cr.R.P.No.2 of 2019 dated 23.04.2019 by reversing the order passed by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, in M.C.No.61/2015 dated 29.10.2018 and set aside the same.

ORDER: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.Chandra Kumar, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.Saravanan,Advocate for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Both the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent submitted that there is a possibility of amicable settlement between the parties.

2.Therefore, this matter is referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench.

3.Both the parties are directed to appear before the Mediation Centre on 18.09.2019 without fail.
