ORDER

The petitioner seeks to impound the passport of one Meenakshisundaram Kandhavelu.

2. It appears that there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the aforesaid individual. Strangely, a petition to impound the aforesaid person's passport is filed without impleading the person concerned. Consequently, WP(MD.No.15317 of 2021 is dismissed without any order as to costs. It is open to the petitioner to file a fresh petition after impleading the individual concerned.
