This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the time of admission after dispensing with the notice on the respondent, who is the respondent in D.V.M.C.No.1 of 2022, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1/4

2.The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the D.V.M.C.No.1 of 2022 pending before the Judicial Magistrate Court, 3.Considering the same, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambasamudram, to dispose D.V.M.C.No.1 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.The Civil Revision Petition stands allowed with the above observations. No costs.
