ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7573 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.634 of 2024, dated 12.03.2025.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner is complying the condition regularly 1/3

and also taking into consideration of the reasons cited by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioner can be modified to a certain extent.

4. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioner shall stay at Coimbatore and appear and sign before C1 Katoor Police Station, Coimbatore on the 1st day of every English Calender month (if is a holiday, then he shall sign the next day) at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal. sd/- 09/06/2025 / TRUE COPY / /06/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar ( C.S.
