Mr.T.S.Mohammed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that a water channel running to the petitioner's land has been converted into road and therefore, he is not able to get water.

4. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner made a representation dated 03.03.2016 before the second respondent also by marking of the same copy to the first respondent. Therefore, it is for the respondents more particularly the second respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.

5. Therefore, without expressing any view on the merits of the matter, I only direct the second respondent to consider the above representation of the petitioner and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, also after hearing the rival https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

claimants if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
