ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of Crime No.10 of 2020 on the file of the 1st respondent police.

2.The case has been registered on the basis of the complaint given by the 2nd respondent herein in Crime No.10 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of IPC. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.12781 of 2021 respondent would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.128 of 2021. Now the case is posted to 29.11.2021 for the appearance of the accused.

4.Since cognizance has been taken by the concerned Magistrate Court, the petitioners have to workout their remedy appropriately, if they are aggrieved by the final report filed by the respondent police.

5.This petition is dismissed as infructuous, with the aforesaid liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
