O RDER This petition has been filed seeking to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No. 131 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent police. 2.The contention of the petitioners is that based on the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent, the 1st respondent registered the First Information Report in Crime No.131 of 2022 for the offences punishable under Sections 279 and 304(A) of IPC, against the petitioners. Seeking quashment of the same on various grounds this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that after completing the investigation, final report was presented before the concerned Court, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.412 of 2022. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if aggrieved by the contents of the final report. 2/4

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous with the above said liberty. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
