PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.3338 of 2025 dated 11.03.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3338 of 2025, dated 11.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 65 days.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.3338, dated 11.03.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
