ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to grant permission for conducting a Public Meeting on November 25 or November 30, 2017 or on any other date from 06.00 p.m to 10.00 p.m at Sindhupoonthurai Salai Street, Tirunelveli District. Earlier, this petitioner has given a representation to the second respondent for seeking permission to conduct a public meeting on 10.11.2017. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader on instructions submitted that permission has been granted to conduct a public meeting on 25.11.2017 as scheduled by the petitioner. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, however submitted that due to paucity of time, the petitioner is not able to conduct the public meeting on 25.11.2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the programme has been postponed to 30.11.2017.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader, however submitted that the second respondent has to re-consider the petitioner's representation, with reference to the relevant facts and circumstances of such request for granting permission to conduct the public meeting for another day.
4.In view of the above, this Court is of the view that there can be no difficulty for granting such permission subject to the convenience of the second respondent. Hence, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2017 seeking to conduct the public meeting either on 30.11.2017 or any other subsequent date and pass appropriate orders on or before 28.11.2017.
