Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.MUNIYANDI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crimal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition 6(c) to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Singanallur Police Station instead of signing before the respondent police in Crl.OP(MD)No.9194 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is residing at Coimbatore for the purpose of his business. CRL MP(MD) No.8176 of 2022 3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition passed by this Court, in Crl.OP(MD) No.9194 of 2022, dated 18.05.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Coimbatore District. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.
