Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to appoint a Special officer based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2016. ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to appoint an officer for conducting election for the third respondent society and also appoint a Special Officer for handling the funds owned by the society, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 15.12.2016. 2.Heard both sides.
