ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent police to expedite the investigation in Crime No.133 of 2017 dated 29.04.2017 and file the final report within a stipulated time as may be fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police registered an FIR in Crime No.133 of 2017 and for the same, investigation is in progress. Hence, he seeks two weeks time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
