Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (District Judge), Tirunelveli, to expedite the case in M.C.O.P.No.452 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the same within the time frame stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

In view of the innocuous relief, which is prayed for in the Civil Revision Petition to expedite the case in M.C.O.P.No.452 of 2019 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (District Judge), Tirunelveli, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself without notice to the respondent on the following terms: (i)The learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (District Judge), Tirunelveli, is requested to take up the case in M.C.O.P.No.452 of 2019 for speedy disposal and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, in any event, not later than four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
