ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to issue the Look Out Circular as against the respondents 4 and 5, till the disposal of the case in Crime No. 611 of 2021, on the file of the second respondent police.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the mother of the fifth respondent and mother-in-law of the fourth respondent. The fourth and fifth respondents herein loved each other and got married. There is no dispute between the husband and wife. Further, he stated that a case in O.S.No.42 of 2021 had been filed by the fifth 2/4

respondent before the District Munsif Court, Nagapattinam and the petitioner also lodged a complaint, for which, an FIR in Crime No.611 of 2021 had been registered, which is still pending. Now the respondents 4 and 5 are trying to escape from the case and it seems that they are planning to go abroad. Hence this petition has been filed seeking issuance of lookout circular against the private respondents.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondents 4 and 5 obtained anticipatory bail and charge sheet is yet to be filed before the concerned Magistrate Court.

4.In view of the above, I find no specific reason for issuing lookout circular against the respondents 4 and 5. Hence this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
