PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to direct the enquire and order to cancel the patta No. 3467 on the basis of the representation dated 22.05.2023.

ORDER

By this writ petition, the petitioner seeks a direction to the second respondent to cancel the patta No.3467.

2.Upon receipt of notice, M/s.P.Rajesh entered appearance for the respondents 4 and 5. Learned Counsel for the 4 and 5th respondents is not present today.

3.On instructions, Learned Additional Government Pleader submits that inquiry is ongoing and that the Revenue Divisional Officer is awaiting the report from the Tashildar. He submits that the entire process would be completed within eight weeks from today after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the private respondents. 4.Accordingly, without making any observations on the merits, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to conclude the inquiry and issue a speaking order within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after providing a reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth and fifth respondent.
