O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the third respondent and thereby, rejecting the petitioner's representation seeking permission to conduct festival for Arulmigu Seevalaperi Sudalaimadan Samy Temple scheduled on 15.07.2019 and 16.07.2019.

2. It is seen that the petitioner seeks permission to conduct the Arulmigu Seevalaperi Sudalaimadan Samy Temple festival to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.15490 of 2019 held on 15.07.2019 and 16.07.2019. Now time sought for by the petitioner has been lapsed and as such the entire prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

3. Now the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation on the file of the third respondent for the very same temple in future. On receipt of the same, the third respondent is directed to forward the same before the second respondent to conduct a peace committee meeting. On receipt of such request from the third respondent, the second respondent is directed to conduct a peace committee meeting with the petitioner's group and the 4th respondent's group and pass orders. If both parties co-operate and settle the issues amicably, the third respondent is directed to consider their requests on merits and in accordance with law.

4. With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
