This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.51 of 2025 and file final report within a time frame.

2.The petitioner's son died in an accident, for which a criminal case registered in Cr.No.51 of 2025 for the offence under Section 194 BNSS. According to the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent, they are awaiting for chemical analysis report and as and when it is received, they would file the final report. 3.The accident itself was taken place on 29.01.2025 and the respondent Police claims that they are awaiting for chemical analysis report and therefore, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file final report, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
