This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.According to the petitioner, based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent with regard to money dispute, the second respondent is harassing the petitioner and also asking him to execute the sale deed in favour of the fourth respondent. Hence, he filed a present petition.

3.Earlier, this Court directed the second respondent to appear before this Court. Today, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Samayanallur Police Station, Madurai District / second respondent herein, is present before this Court and submitted that, based on a complaint given by the fourth respondent, an enquiry has been conducted and on enquiry, it is found that it is a civil dispute between the parties. Hence, the complaint has been closed and he further submitted that he did not insist the petitioner to execute any sale deed.

4.Recording the above said submission, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. However, the respondent Police are directed not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
