ORDER

This Writ Petition is disposed of at the time of admission with the consent of the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate for the respondents.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to grant permission to the petitioner's school to fill up the post of P.G.Assistant (Physics) within a stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

3. It appears that during the pendency of this Writ Petition, the petitioner was issued with certain communication, in response to which the petitioner has replied on 14.10.2024 and 22.04.2025.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if the aforesaid representations are looked into by the respondents 2 and 3, the interest of justice would be served.

5. The learned Government Advocate respondents submits that the respondents 2 and 3 will consider the aforesaid representations dated 14.10.2024 and 22.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the respondents 2 and 3 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representations dated 14.10.2024 and 22.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
