O R D E R

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction against the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime no.19 of 2024 on the file of the 3rd respondent to the 2nd respondent or to any other Investigating Officer.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner was duly enquired and the same was closed as mistake of fact. The respondent has also produced the RCS notice to the petitioner through post.

3.Since it is reported that the RCS notice has already been served to the petitioner, the respondent police is directed to serve notice along with the final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt 2/4

of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file a protest petition and workout his remedy before the Court concerned.
