O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking direction to direct the third respondent to file final report in Crime No.264 of 2018 before the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, as expeditiously as possible. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.03.2022, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that during the course of investigation, it was found that it is 'mistake of fact' and the matter was ordered to be listed today by giving direction to him to verify whether RCS notice has been served upon the petitioner or not.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he did not receive any Closure Report.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9815 of 2019 4.The respondent police must serve Closure Report to the petitioner on or before 06.04.2022. After receiving Closure Report, the petitioner may work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
