ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard both sides.

2.Pursuant to the order dated 20.10.2022 passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P(MD)No.13864 of 2020, the authorities had removed the encroachment committed by the fourth respondent in the writ petition. It appears that subsequently the fourth respondent had encroached upon the petitioner's patta land. If that be so, the petitioner's remedy is elsewhere. The authorities cannot be said to have committed any contempt.
