This contempt petition has been filed as against the respondents for non complying with the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.10627 of 2020, dated 01.09.2020.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submits that the order of this Court dated 01.09.2020 has been complied with and the learned Counsel for the petitioner has also confirmed the same.
