ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the bail on the ground that the allegations are serious. Indeed the allegations are serious. The second respondent and the other accused had the audacity to drag the High Court itself in their offences. They created a fake website of the High Court and promised the victims as if they were getting job to them in the High Court and in fact, had the audacity to take them to the High Court campus also and give them training. Be that as it may, when the second respondent is being released on statutory bail, unless the charge sheet is filed prayer to cancel the bail cannot be maintained and as such, finding no merits, the petition is dismissed.
