By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
2. Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.
3. According to the petitioner, the subject mentioned property belongs to him and neither civil suit nor rival claim whatsoever is pending in respect of the same and as such, he is enjoying the possession. Whereas, in the revenue records, the property stands https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in the name of some third parties and in order to rectify the mistake crept-in, the petitioner has preferred an appeal before the second respondent, which was taken on file in Na.Ka.C3/15413/2017. But, the same is kept pending, without any action and aggrieved thereby, he is before this Court, seeking a direction for early disposal of his appeal.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the limited scope of the relief sought for, this Court, without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, directs the second respondent to dispose of the appeal of the petitioner in Na.Ka.C3/15413/2017, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as all the other interested parties, if any, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
