This Writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to confer the minimum pension benefits to the petitioner as per G.O.(Standing) No.158 dated 08.04.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with effect from 31.07.2006 on the basis of his representation dated 27.04.2016.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent fairly conceded that the petitioner is entitled to get the minimum pension benefits as per G.O.(Standing) No.158 dated 08.04.2015 with effect from 31.07.2006.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent, this Writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected W.M.P.is closed.
